RETURN/REFUND POLICY
For all returning product requests, please call PromoVet Customer Support at 561-392-3327, extension 304.
A Return Authorization is required to process a return. Please let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
All returns must be shipped back with adequate packaging to prevent damage.
We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless product was shipped to you in error.
We are not responsible for the shipment being received here so ensuring the shipment with tracking is recommended.
All returns are subject to our quality review inspection.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
We cannot accept returns after 5 business days after purchase date.
All returns must be unused, in the original unopened packaging.
We are unable to accept vaccine or other refrigerated products unless shipped to you in error.
Once your return request is approved, PromoVet will furnish you with an RMA (return authorization form) Form- this form MUST be included in the return shipment.
