Domestic Shipping Policy
Store Order Minimum
PromoVet has a minimum order requirement of $300.
Non-Refrigerated Orders
Non-refrigerated products ship via standard ground service through FedEx or UPS.
- Free ground shipping on qualifying orders
- Typical delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days
Transit times may vary depending on shipping destination and carrier conditions.
Vaccine & Refrigerated Orders
All vaccines and refrigerated products ship Next Day Air only via FedEx or UPS to support proper cold-chain handling and product integrity.
Free Next Day Air shipping thresholds vary based on shipping destination:

Orders below the applicable regional minimum will incur a $39.95 refrigerated shipping fee.
Refrigerated Shipping Schedule
To avoid weekend transit delays, refrigerated shipments are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday only.
Orders placed after the weekly refrigerated shipping cutoff may ship the following business week.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of elevated order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If a significant delay occurs, PromoVet will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Depending on:
- products ordered
- shipment size
- shipping destination
- carrier surcharges
Shipping rates may vary.
Carrier transit delays may occasionally occur and are outside of PromoVet’s control.
Shipment to U.S. Addresses
PromoVet currently ships to addresses within the Continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- P.O. Boxes
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once an order has shipped.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Refrigerated Product Terms
All vaccine and refrigerated product sales are:
- final
- non-returnable
- non-refundable
Mixed orders containing refrigerated and non-refrigerated products may ship separately.
PromoVet cannot refund shipping charges or product losses resulting from:
- weather events
- carrier delays
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- failed delivery attempts
- unattended deliveries
Damaged Shipments
PromoVet is not liable for products damaged or lost during carrier transit.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain:
- all packaging materials
- insulated materials
- ice packs
- damaged products
...and contact the shipment carrier within 24 hrs of delivery to initiate a claim.
Additional Order Minimums
Certain products or product categories may require additional quantity or dollar minimums.
